REAGAN GLOVER, LMFT
Life is not something to just get through or survive. Let me gently walk alongside you as we discover ways towards better self-care and deeper connection in your relationships.
I am a wife and a mom to a neurodivergent kiddo. So, I really get the complexity of balancing a marriage, a business, self-care and navigating the art of parenting challenges. Only someone who has walked this unique path can grasp just how hard it is and fully see the overwhelm and exhaustion you are experiencing. Some other fun facts: Living in Santa Cruz County for over 20 years has been amazing, but I have Midwestern roots (Chicago native). Traveling, being outside, and hiking with my pup, whilst trying to capture the perfect nature shot are some of the ways I take good care of myself, to remain sane. My own journey to healing and sanity comes from years in therapy, ABA support, prayer, meditation and a 12 Step recovery program. I am a survivor of an abusive and alcoholic upbringing, and never shy away from sharing my own experience, strength and hope. The foundation of my life is my faith and trust in a higher power, who I choose to call God.
